  18. ??? We spend more time on interface as a percentage of development
  19. time than almost any other software company. Some of our customers
  20. think we spend too much time. I have personally spent thousands of
  21. hours agonizing over interface issues and details. It's almost funny
  22. when people nitpick PageStream3's interface given the amount of
  23. attention we have spent on it.

  25. Not that it's perfect. There will be plenty of interface changes in
  26. 3.1. ;-)
